Mark Durcan, CEO of Micron Technology explains, "There is a lot of talent in Boise and Micron is not the only high-tech company in town."  In Boise, the Micron campus houses research and development, manufacturing and corporate leadership.  "It used to be hard to recruit people to Boise, but once they got here they loved it.  These days it is pretty easy."
