Event Recap – Q4 Stakeholder Lunch

At the end of October, we hosted BVEP’s fourth-quarter stakeholder luncheon. Clark Krause kicked off the event by welcoming everyone and introducing our newest stakeholders, LM Construction and Granite Constructions. We are thrilled to have them join the BVEP community.

Clark then provided an overview of recent BVEP activities, highlighting the team’s ongoing travel and outreach efforts. In October, Clark and Beth led a successful sales mission in the Northeast, holding 12 meetings with 15 consultants. Looking ahead, Clark and Sierra will be traveling to Atlanta, Nov. 3-6, for 8 scheduled meetings with 11 consultants, and potentially more. Meanwhile, Beth will be joining Idaho Commerce on their trip to Taiwan to meet with potential suppliers and explore new international opportunities. Clark also announced the newest addition to the team, Katelyn Sise, who joins as Project Coordinator.

Following Clark’s remarks, Beth Ineck shared updates on BVEP project and regional economic data trends. Beth provided valuable insight into changing demographic trends, particularly regarding net in-migration from out of state and shared a detailed overview of project activity from the past year, including the project types that were brought in 2025. All stakeholders can find the slides in the stakeholder portal.

The afternoon concluded with an engaging Downtown Boise Panel, featuring Dan Barkes (Hendricks Commercial Properties), Lauren Hamilton (Downtown Boise Association), and Alexandra Monjar (CCDC), moderated by Tom Mortell. The panel explored current and future opportunities in downtown Boise, touching on development, economic vibrancy, and community engagement. Each panelist shared thoughtful perspectives on downtown’s evolution and the collaborative efforts shaping its future. Thank you all for speaking and making a difference in the Boise Valley.

Thank you to all the stakeholders for joining us at this event. We are beyond grateful for you all and your partnership!
